Since 1976…
Krupp General Contractors, LLC provides service excellence in the commercial construction industry throughout southern Wisconsin. The company is a recognized leader in downtown and in-fill type construction and redevelopment and the use of the latest green building techniques.
The company specializes in the construction of corporate offices, restaurants, retail centers, medical buildings, senior housing including campus type facilities, mixed-use residential structures, apartments and residential condominiums.
Typical projects range in size $500,000 - $15 million. Paul Lenhart states that, “most of our business comes from architect referrals and existing clients. Throughout the years we have been fortunate to maintain positive relationships with loyal clients.”
Some of the recent projects completed by Krupp General Contractors include the Veridian Homes Headquarters, Summit Credit Union of Westport, Sun Prairie & Baraboo, 100 Wisconsin Avenue, Meriter Maingate and the Nolen Shores Condominiums.
Kennedy Point Condominiums
The Kennedy Point Condominium project consists of a 42 unit four-story building located on Madison’s near east side. The project is the result of extensive interaction with and cooperation from both the Williamson-Marquette Neighborhood Association and the City of Madison Planning Department, working through such issues as remoavl of existing housing stock, appropriate building scale and density and exterior material selections. This project is at the leading edge of urban in-fill redevelopment in the Williamson-Marquette neighborhood.
Projects of Distinction Award
The Kennedy Place Apartments has received the 2005 Projects of Distinction Award from Associated Builders & Contractors, Inc. (ABC) and a 2005 Pillars of the Industry Award from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) in the “Best Affordable Multifamily Community” category.
Paul Lenhart attributes the company’s success to teamwork. “We know that close coordination among design and construction team members is essential,” says Lenhart. “Careful review and selection of qualified subcontractors and a focus on efficiency insures a successful and cost-effective project.”
Hoffman-Kennedy Dairy Horse Barn
