Construction began in December, 2008 on 800 University Bay Drive which is a 74,600 SF, 4 story administrative office building adjacent to the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics campus.

This steel, masonry and glass structure features 2 levels of underground parking and numberous green building amenities. It is registered for certification through the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) creator of the Leadership in energy and Environmental Design (LEED) green building rating system for Core and Shell (CS) certification. This environmentally sensitive project includes a high efficiency heating and cooling system, locally sourced and green building materials, green roof, rain garden, sunshades, green water collection system and native landscape plantings.
