Bedford Court Condominiums

The Bedford Court Condominiums project consists of a 54 unit four-story building separated by a central courtyard constructed over a 96-stall underground parking structure. The project is the result of extensive interaction with cooperation from both the Bassett Neighborhood Association and the City of Madison Planning Department, working through such issues as removal of existing housing stock, appropriate scale and density, material selections, and public financing assistance on the project. This project was at the leading edge of urban in-fill redevelopment in the Bassett neighborhood.
The Bedford Court Condominiums has received the 2001 Projects of Distinction Award from Associated Builders & Contractors, Inc. (ABC) and a 2002 Pillars of the Industry Award from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) in the “Best Affordable Multifamily Community” category.
