Kennedy Place Apartments marks the completion to the Kennedy Place urban infill redevelopment. The project adds to the previous development which included two office complexes and parking.
Kennedy Place Apartments features three upper levels of residential living space, composed of 52 apartments. The ground level boasts 20,000 square feet of retail space. In addition to the previously developed parking area, this project adds 100 underground parking stalls and connects the various buildings within the Kennedy Place development.
