The Sequoya Commons mixed use development located at the intersection of Midvale and Tokay Blvds is a shining example of what can be done to revitalize a spent strip mall in an urban setting. This two-phase project included 45 luxury condominiums, 101 apartments, a 20,000 sf library, nine retail spaces, and 215 underground parking stalls all incorporated into buildings with great architecture and created a vibrant development on the near west side of Madison.
